As indicated on this tweet, the blockade affects some players when they navigate to the praise page in the Travel tab.
Instead of a current solution, the official council is simply avoiding the use of this screen until a solution has been implemented.
According to this information, there is probably not a homemade solution that players can use, and the best course of action would be to wait for a patch that solves this problem.
Once a more concrete response has been provided, of course, we will update this guide accordingly.
