TGS 2022: Square Enix will show games like Final Fantasy XVI, Forspoken or CORE crisis

The 2022 edition of The Tokyo Game Show will take place from September 15 to 18, and although the truth is that the event has lost strength in recent years, there are interesting ads. Especially with important companies that will be there.

FF7
The language barrier often remains a problem, but this is also improving. Nintendo, Capcom, Sega, Sony and many other Japanese giants have confirmed their presence, like Square Enix, which has just revealed its official alignment.

Hands-on and streaming

There are a total of 18 Square Enix games in the event, with some big and small, but not everyone receives the same treatment. Some can play on the site, including Forspoken and Core crisis. Almost all games will be shown in the Mega Theater, which probably means new videos and impressions. It can also be used simply to promote games already released as Nier: Automata and Stanger of Paradise, with its most recent contents.

Finally, some titles will also be entitled to live broadcast, with developer interventions. Unfortunately, this last category does not include any of the great most anticipated games in the study, such as Final Fantasy 16, Forspoken or Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. The chances of a great announcement about them are, therefore, quite low.

You can find dates and hours of transmission on this page.
