The goalkeeper Alexander Nubel awarded by FC Bayern to the AS Monaco is most likely to be part of the Munich squad in the coming season.
“If nothing exceptional happens, Alexander will play next season in Monaco. There is no concrete plan to return early to Munich. Alex plays regularly in Monaco and can evolve there,” said Nübel’s consultant Stephan Backs at SKY.
The 25-year-old has been playing for the team from the Principality for the start of the season and was so far set both ex-coach Niko Kovac as well as under the new coach Philippe Clement. Anyway, his loan agreement in Monaco is running until summer 2023. As it continues, it is still open.
Nübel was changed 2020 from FC Schalke 04 to Munich and was planned there as a challenger and possible successor of Captain Manuel new.
